In the last fiscal year (2020-21), Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaaf administration saw record exports totaling more than $25 billion.

According to official sources, the textile sector exported items worth 15.4 billion dollars under the PTI government, compared to 13.5 billion dollars in 2018.

IT exports were 2.21 billion dollars in the past fiscal year under the PTI administration, compared to 1.06 billion in the previous fiscal year, while remittances were 29.4 billion dollars, compared to 19.6 billion dollars during the PML-N government.

In the first three years of its administration, the PTI borrowed 21 billion dollars, whereas the PML-N borrowed 30 billion dollars in the latter three years of its tenure.

The PTI government’s tax income for the fiscal year 2020-21 was 4732 billion rupees, up from 3844 billion rupees in 2018.

In the financial year 2020-21, the tax revenue of the PTI government was approximately 4732 billion rupees which was 3844 billion rupees in 2018.
