The Capital Development Authority (CDA) received proposals of Rs20.35 billion for 13 commercial plots situated in business centers of Islamabad.

The CDA auction committee auctioned four commercial plots of I-8 Markaz on the first day, including plot 53, which got the highest bid of Rs6.5 billion. Another two commercial plots were sold for over a billion rupees to the administration.

Plot no. 10 in Blue Area was auctioned for Rs4.7 billion, plot no. 15 for Rs2.8 billion, and plot no. 16 for Rs2.6 billion, with the highest bid of Rs2.6 billion. These are the few commercial plots sold for the highest amount.

The sale is being conducted by a committee led by Member Finance Rana Shakeel Jazib, which also includes Members Planning and Design, Estate, Director Public Relations, and other authorities. The CDA board will provide final approval to commercial plots that have been auctioned.
